Hi Campbell,

My name is Joe Brenner, and I am honored to be a 2026 candidate to represent you on City Council via our 3rd District seat.

After growing up in Campbell, I was thrilled to put down roots here with my family. Our many walkable neighborhoods, variety of independent businesses, and strong public service programs create a small-town feel unlike anywhere else in the South Bay. We are uniquely committed to celebrating our rich history at places like the Campbell Museum and Ainsley House, while proudly embracing the future with our new library and police headquarters, Multimodal Transportation Plan, and Adult Center improvement project.

As a business owner in Campbell, I am keenly aware of the need for strong relationships between residents, businesses, and local government. Those relationships ensure our city has the means to provide the services we all enjoy, from public safety to parks and community center programming.

As a candidate for City Council, I am committed to:
